Log your food in the fatsecret app to give your dietitian/nutritionist a clear picture of your usual eating habits, so they can spend less time asking questions and more time helping you figure out what to focus on.

Meet with your Coach – A Deep Dive Into Your Goals

In your first 60-minute session, you’ll talk through your goals, challenges (including past struggles with food and weight loss), medical history, eating habits and what life looks like day-to-day. From there, your dietitian/nutritionist will help you build a plan which feels manageable and strategies to start making progress.

Follow-Up Appointments to Keep You on Track

These 30-minute sessions are a chance to check in, talk through what’s been working (and perhaps what hasn’t been), and make small adjustments to your plan. They’re also a space to ask questions, get reassurance and feel supported.

Nutrition Coaching for Weight Loss is an ongoing subscription that includes one-on-one video calls with a registered Australian dietitian or nutritionist.

In your first session (60 minutes), your dietitian will take the time to understand where you’re at, your goals, your lifestyle, your eating habits, and what’s been getting in the way. From there, they’ll help you start making changes that feel achievable. This could mean figuring out what meals to focus on, how to manage hunger or cravings, or how to create more structure around food in a way that fits your day-to-day.

Follow-up sessions (30 minutes) are a chance to talk through what’s been working (and what hasn’t), adjust your plan as things change, and keep moving forward.

After each session, you’ll get a summary with action steps and helpful tools to support you between appointments.

How often are the sessions?

Coaching sessions are flexible and based on your needs. You can choose between:

  • 1 session per month: Best if you’re confident in making changes on your own but want a professional check-in to assess progress, make adjustments, and stay accountable.
  • 1 session per fortnight: Recommended for most people, especially at the start. More frequent sessions mean faster adjustments if something isn’t working, more accountability to help you stay focused and motivated between sessions and ongoing support to navigate obstacles in real time instead of waiting weeks for a solution.

Each session is a one-on-one video call with your dietitian/nutritionist. Your first session is 60 minutes, and follow-ups are 30 minutes to review progress, adjust your plan, and keep you on track.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your coaching program at any time. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure that our services are flexible and convenient for you. Once you have signed up, you can manage your subscriptions in your account.

Are the coaches certified?

Yes, all of our coaches are Accredited Practicing Dieticians and qualified registered nutritionists with extensive experience in weight loss coaching. They are equipped with the knowledge and skills to help you succeed on your weight loss journey.
